June 16: Orientation Meeting for New Off-Air Volunteers, 7 pm at the station, 518 South Main St. downtown. If your New Year's resolution includes getting more involved in the community, meeting new and interesting people, or just finding new ways to have fun in your spare time, then here's a suggestion: become a WEVL off-air volunteer. Off-air volunteers are vital to the station. They help out in the office, answer phones during pledge drives, and represent the station at events throughout the year.
